摘要
目的:通过对全蝎提取物的初步分析,探讨全蝎组织中的抗癌活性。方法:全蝎组织经粉碎﹑超声﹑萃取后提取的物质,采用薄层层析法对全蝎提取物进行初步化学分析,应用MTT法对全蝎组织提取物进行胃癌细胞株(胃癌-823)的细胞毒作用。结果:薄层层析分析显示,全蝎组织提取物中含有类组胺物质,与对照物标准组胺在相应位置显示荧光斑点,细胞毒实验表明全蝎组织提取物对胃癌细胞有一定的杀伤作用。结论:初步分析表明全蝎提取物中含有类组胺化学成分并具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective： By preliminary analysis of scorpion extraction,the anti- tumor activity of the scorpion organization was investigated. Methods： Scorpion tissue was grinded,sonicated and extracted. The thin- layer chromatography was used to preliminarily analyzed the scorpion extraction,and the effect of scorpion extraction on tumor cell lines of gastric（ stomach tumor- 823） was detected by MTT assay. Results： TLC analysis showed that the scorpion extract contained histamine substance. Compared with the control group,the fluorescent spots were displayed on relevant position. Cytotoxicity experiments showed that the scorpion extracts have anti- stomach tumor effects in vitro. Conclusion： Preliminary analysis indicates that scorpion extract contains chemical composition such as histamine and hasanti- tumor effect.
