酸枣仁汤加减与黛力新治疗更年期抑郁症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Suanzaoren Decoction Combined with Deanxit in Treatment of Menopausal Depression

目的:探究并分析酸枣仁汤加减联合黛力新治疗更年期抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院自2011年1月—2013年1月收治的更年期抑郁症妇女100例,将其作为临床研究对象。按照随机数表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者仅采取黛力新治疗,观察组患者采用酸枣仁汤加减联合黛力新治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果:治疗1周、2周、1个月、2个月后两组患者的HAMD评分较治疗前均明显减少,组内比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1周、2周、1个月、2个月末的HAMD评分分别为(19.2±5.6)、(13.7±4.4)、(9.2±4.8)、(7.1±4.6),均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(t=4.578、5.537、5.243、4.789,P<0.05)。治疗两个月后两组患者的PSQI评分较治疗前均明显减少,组内比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗2个月后的PSQI评分及PSQI评分的改善值分别为(6.8±2.6)、(8.6±1.2),均较对照组低,组间比较差异显著(t=6.548、8.763,P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组(68%),组间比较差异显著(χ2=7.29,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:酸枣仁汤加减联合黛力新对更年期抑郁症患者具有很好的治疗效果,疗效明显优于单独黛力新治疗,不仅有效改善了患者的抑郁状态,也提高了患者的睡眠质量,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective： To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Deanxit in the treatment of menopausal depression. Methods： In our hospital from January 2011- January 2013,100 cases of menopausal women with depression were enrolled in the clinical study. According to a random number table method,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group only took Deanxit treatment and observation group was treated with Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Deanxit treatment. We observed and compared the efficacy of two groups after treatment. Results： One week,two weeks,one month and two months after treatment,the two groups＇ HAMD scores were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. In the observation group 1 week,2 weeks,1 month and the end of 2 months after treatment,the HAMD scores were（ 19. 2 ± 5. 6）,（ 13. 7 ± 4. 4）,（ 9. 2 ±4. 8）,（ 7. 1 ± 4. 6）,which were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference between the two groups was significant（ t = 4. 578,5. 537,5. 243,4. 789,P〈0. 05）. Two months after treatment,both groups＇ PSQI scores were significantly reduced（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s PSQI score and improved value PSQI score 2 months after treatment were（ 6. 8 ± 2. 6） and（ 8. 6 ± 1. 2）. Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference between groups（ t = 6. 548,8. 763,P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s total effective rate was 90% and significantly higher than that of control group（ 68%） and there were significant differences between the two groups（ χ2= 7. 29,P〈0. 05）with statistical significance. Conclusion： Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Deanxit for menopausal depression has a good therapeutic effect,significantly better than single Deanxit. It can not only improve the patients＇ depressive state,but also improve the quality of sleep in patients and it is worthy of widely application in clinical practice.
