19世纪60年代,俄国远东地区出现了第一批朝鲜移民。朝鲜人向俄国移民的初期,移民得到积极安置,此后每年都有大批朝鲜人迁入俄国,他们逐渐成为俄国远东地区的主要劳动力。朝鲜人向俄国远东地区移民,不仅受东北亚国际关系的影响,更取决于俄国、朝鲜乃至中国的国内状况,它是在国内外综合因素作用下所引发的一种国际移民现象。

in the 1860 s,the first group of north Korean immigrants appeared in the Russian Far East area. In the beginning of the Russian immigration,North Korean immigrants obtained positive placement. Every year,a large number of North Koreans moved into Russia. They gradually become the main labor force in the Russian Far East. North Koreans immigrants moved into the Russian far east region,not only by the impact of the international relations in northeast Asia,depended more on Russia,the North Korea,and China＇s domestic situation. It is under the effect of the comprehensive factors at home and abroad. It is the international migration phenomenon.
