摘要
针对内燃机通过弹联带动较大惯量从动机械的轴系,在综合考虑目前既有成果的基础上,进行该类轴系弹联参数设计的共性研究。同时,考虑了内燃机特殊工况的弹联设计,并结合试验研究成果和相关标准,形成了扭振特性评价方法,建立起了联轴器刚度、惯量、阻尼参数的设计规范和流程。然后,以此作为指导原则,对某型轴系联轴系统进行了参数设计和实验验证。分析结果表明:各项设计指标均满足要求。
Aiming at the large inertia machinery driven by flexible coupling shafting in internal combustion engine, general research on the flexible coupling shafting design parameters was carried out on the basis of the results of the current existing achievements. Meanwhile,considering the special operating conditions and combining with the test result and related standards, an evaluation method of torsional vibration characteristics was formed and the design specifications and processes of coupling stiffness, inertia and damping parameters was established. Then, taking it as a guiding principle, a certain shaft coupling system parameters were designed and tested. The result shows that all design indexes meet the requirements.
