柑橘凤蝶形态特征及年生活史研究

Studies on Morphological Characteristics and Annual Life History of Papilio xuthus Linnaeus

野外采集卵、幼虫，在玻璃温室内供以幼虫寄主植物、成虫蜜源植物饲养，第2、3代及越冬代皆为第1代后代，观察研究柑橘凤蝶各虫态、各虫龄与发育历期．结果表明，柑橘凤蝶在郑州地区一年可完成3代，卵期为5～7 d，幼虫5龄，幼虫期15～24 d，蛹期9～15 d，越冬蛹期140～156 d，成虫期10～12 d．同时记录、描述了柑橘凤蝶各虫态、幼虫5个龄期外部形态及生物学习性．

Eggs and larvae of Papilio xuthus Linnaeus collected in the wild were fed by host plant and offered by a-dults nectar plants. Their descendants were used of the sources of second, third and overwintering generation. The re-sults showed that Papilio xuthus Linnaeus could complete 3 generations in Zhengzhou area, egg stage is 5-7 days, lar-va stage is 15-24 days, pupa stage is 9-15 days, and the over-wintering pupa stage is 140-156 days, adult stage is 10-12 days. At the same time, the morphological characteristics of egg, 5 instars of larva, pupa and adult were giv-en.
