左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者免疫球蛋白的影响 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨应用抗癫痫药物左乙拉西坦对癫痫患者免疫球蛋白的影响。方法选取60例癫痫患者和58例体检健康人分为观察组和正常对照组,观察组予左乙拉西坦治疗6个月,采用疫比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig G、Ig M的含量。结果癫痫患者用药前血中Ig A、Ig G含量较正常对照组比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ig M与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组用药3、6个月后Ig A、Ig M含量降低,与用药前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ig G与用药前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癫痫患者在抗癫痫药物治疗前存在体液免疫的功能紊乱,主要表现癫痫患者血中Ig A、Ig G升高,新型抗癫痫药物左乙拉西坦不仅控制癫痫发作,而且可以降低癫痫患者的Ig A、Ig M水平,左乙拉西坦抗癫痫机制可能与调节癫痫患者的体液免疫功能有关。
