GSDMB和ZPBP2基因单核苷酸多态性与宁夏汉族人群系统性红斑狼疮的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析GSDMB基因rs7216389位点及ZPBP2基因rs11557467、rs12936231位点单核苷酸多态性与宁夏汉族系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发生的相关性。方法采用病例-对照关联研究,利用Taqman基因分型系统检测144例SLE患者和322例正常对照者的3个SNP位点,分析组间基因型及等位基因频率的分布差异。结果 2组3个SNP位点基因型频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者组rs11557467 T、rs12936231 G、rs7216389C等位基因频率均小于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GSDMB基因rs7216389位点及ZPBP2基因rs11557467、rs12936231位点单核苷酸多态性与宁夏汉族人群SLE发生无相关性。 Objective To investigate the association between GSDMB gene rs7216389, ZPBP2 gene rs11557467, rs12936231 polymorphisms and their susceptibility to SLE in Ningxia Hui people and Han people. Methods Genotyping was conducted with Taqman method in 144 patients with SLE and 323 healthy controls from Ningxia. The frequencies of genotype and allele were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the genotype of these 3 SNPs. For SLE patients,although rs11557467 T,rs12936231 G and rs7216389 C allele frequencies all were iower than healthy controls, no significant difference were detected ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Thereis no relationship among rs7216389,rsl1557467 ,rs12936231 polymorphism and SLE in Ningxia Hui people and Han people.
