摘要
提出了用两只标准球同时标定具有多个测量通道的球径测量仪各通道的灵敏度和零点的一种新方法,避免了各通道单独标定的繁杂过程。该方法已成功地应用在具有6个测量通道的气动球径量规的标定过程,具有简单、实用、可靠的特点,可推广应用于各种多通道测量系统。
A new method is advanced to calibrate the sensitivity and zero point in multi-passage sphere diameter gauge with two standard spheres. This method has been successfully used in the calibrating process of pneumatic sphere diameter gauge with six-passage. This method is simple, practical and reliable and can be applied to other multi-passage measurement systems.
