摘要
天然产物的结构鉴定主流手段是核磁共振波谱法,与结构相似模型化合物的核磁数据进行比较,确定未知化合物结构是一种重要的方式。论文从结构鉴定过程中有机分子可分拆解析,如何寻找相似模型化合物和实例例举3个方面,探讨相似模型化合物对于未知图谱结构鉴定的作用和意义,并建议在平时的结构分析过程中注重模型化合物数据的收集和积累。
At present, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR) is the key method to identify the structure of natural products. In order to illustrate the importance of using similar model compounds during the structural identifi cation process, the following aspects were discussed in this paper. First of all, the NMR data could be separated into different parts and each part would be identifi ed by comparing with those of the model compounds. Secondly, the model compounds could be found in the same or similar plants. Finally, data collection and accumulation of model compounds usually was the right way to improve the skill of structural identifi cation.
