消毒供应中心专业人员岗位技能培训的实践与效果评价

Practice and effects of professional training for staff in the central sterile supply department

根据消毒供应中心工作人员特点,采取分层次培训、集中培训、过程培训、继续教育相结合的方式,进行理论和操作技能培训。采用消毒供应中心人员岗位技能、质量控制及临床满意度为培训效果的评价指标。与培训前比较,培训后工作人员的岗位技能、质量控制和临床满意度明显提高。

According to the characteristics of staff in the central sterile supply department（CSSD）,stratified theory and skill training was carried out for the staff by the means of centralized training,process training and continuing education. After the training,the staffs＇ professional skills and the quality of cleaning,packaging,sterilization and monitoring was significantly improved.
