音乐疗法在机械通气患者中的应用及效果

Application and effects of music therapy in patients with mechanical ventilation

目的探讨音乐疗法在机械通气患者中的应用方法及效果。方法将2010年6月至2012年6月在某院呼吸科监护室行机械通气治疗的102例患者分成两组,每组51例。试验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予音乐疗法,对照组患者接受常规的治疗和护理。比较两组应用咪达唑仑和吗啡的情况、治疗天数及脱机成功率。结果试验组使用的咪达唑仑和吗啡的剂量少于对照组(P<0.01),使用吗啡率低于对照组(P<0.05),使用咪达唑仑率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗天数少于对照组(P<0.01),脱机成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法能有效降低机械通气患者使用镇静、镇痛药物的剂量,提高脱机成功率,缩短治疗时间,并具有经济、无创且操作简便的特点。

Objective To evaluate the effects of music therapy in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Totally 102 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted in the respiratory intensive care unit from June 2010 to June 2012 were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine therapy and care. In addition,music therapy was applied in the experimental group. The dose of midazolam and morphine,the duration of mechanical ventilation and the weaning success rate were recorded. Results The dose of midazolam and morphine and the proportion of patients receiving morphine in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The duration of mechanical ventilation was shorter（P〈0.01） and the weaning success rate was higher in the experimental group than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Music therapy can effectively reduce the dose of sedative and analgesic,increase the weaning success rate and shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation. It is economic,noninvasive and easy to be operated.
