改良腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术患者手术体位的方法及效果研究

The method and effectiveness of the improved position in patients undergoing laparoscopic rection of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

目的探讨改良腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术患者手术体位的方法及效果。方法将58例行腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术手术患者,随机分为两组。试验组29例患者在全身麻醉诱导前,由巡回护士在手术要求的基础上结合患者舒适度安置体位;对照组29例患者在全身麻醉后由巡回护士按手术要求安置体位。结果试验组患者术后24h下肢疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全身麻醉诱导前,在按照手术要求摆放体位的基础上,根据患者舒适度进行适当调整能有效提高患者术后下肢舒适度,并可以减轻手术室护士的工作强度,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the improved position during laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods Fifty-eight patients undergoing laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors were randomly divided into two groups. Before induction of general anesthesia,the improved position combining the requirement of operation and patient＇s comfort was applied in the experimental group,while the traditional position according to the requirement of operation was applied in the control group. Results The incidence of postoperative lower limb pain within 24 hours after surgery was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Before induction of general anesthesia,the position is put in accordance with the requirement of operation combined with patients＇ comfort can effectively improve the postoperative lower limb comfort and reduce the workload of operating room nurses. It can be popularized in clinical practice.
