摘要
RCC-M规范1993版和2000版S篇在我国在役和在建核电机组核级部件焊接领域应用广泛,二者差异主要体现在焊材验收、热处理、力学性能试验和焊接工艺评定等方面。通过差异分析和核安全评审实现焊接规范统一和工艺评定转移,可节省重复评定费用,降低管理成本,减少人因失误。
S volume of RCC -M 1993 edition and 2000 edition are widely used in welding management of domestic NPPs in operation and in construction, whose main differences include acceptance of filler materials, heat treatment, mechanical properties examinations, procedure qualification of welding (PQR). Code conformity and PQRs transfer can be reached through differences analysis and nuclear evaluation, which can save the cost of re - PQR , reduce management costs and human factor faults.
