摘要
基于计算流体力学对气垫式皮带输送机内部气体流场进行仿真模拟,根据内部流场运行状态并结合实际工作载荷,求出流场最优进风速度,最佳气孔大小以及最理想气垫气膜厚度,同时对气孔的形状进行优化设计,为气垫式皮带输送机的设计提供理论依据。
This paper based on computational fluid cushion belt conveyor internal gas flow field simulation, ac-cording to the internal flow field running and actual work load, determine the optimal flow field into the wind speed, the optimal pore size as well as the best film of cushion gas thickness, while the shape of the pores is opti-mized to provide a theoretical basis for the air cushion belt conveyor design.
