合议庭是我国最重要的审判组织,合议制是我国最重要的审判方式,合议制功能的发挥正是通过合议庭的运行来实现的,合议庭运行状况的好坏不仅影响着案件的审判质量,同时也影响着我国的审判制度建设.通过对现代化审判权运行规律的探寻,考察我国的审判实践,我国合议制的运行存在着诸多问题,亟待需要对合议庭工作制度加以完善,合议制高效运行需要进行科学的机制设计,保障审判权的良性运转.

The collegial panel is the most important judicial organization in China,the collegial system is the most important way of trial in our country,the collegial system function is implemented through the operation of the collegial panel,the stand or fall of collegial panel operation state not only affects the quality of the trial of cases,but also affect the trial of the system construction of our country.Through to the modern judicial power operation law,examine our country＇s judicial practice,many problems exist in the operation of the collegial system in our country,urgently needs to be perfected,collegial system run efficiently requires scientific mechanism design,to benign operation of the judicial power.
