摘要
教学是高校培养人才的首选途径.为培养高质量的学前教育专业毕业生,必须对该专业的教学质量进行客观地评价,以利于教学管理部门科学决策学前教育专业的发展,发现教师教学过程之不足并及时改进,分析学前教育专业学生的培养现状。但目前高校学前教育教学质量评价问题颇多,包括评价指标体系缺乏专业针对性、师生被动参与评价、评价时空局限、评价结果利用率低等.因此,要充分发挥教学质量评价对提高学前教育专业人才培养质量的作用,必须制定体现专业特点的评价指标、建立激励机制以调动师生的积极性、制定长效跟踪的教学质量评价计划并及时处理和反馈评价结果,提高教学质量评价结果的效用.
Teaching is the preferred way to cultivate talents in colleges.To foster high-qualified preschool education graduates,objective evaluation of teaching quality in this major is necessary,which will be beneficial for teaching management department to make scientific decision for the development of preschool education in university,help teachers discover the shortage in the teaching process and improve it timely,analyze the current fostering situation of college students of preschool education major.But the evaluation of preschool education professional in universities has lots of problems,including lack of professional targeted evaluation system,teachers and students involve in the evaluation passively,the evaluation of time and space is limited,the evaluation results are lowly utilized.Therefore,if we want to make full use of the evaluation to improve the quality of talented person in preschool education,we should develop the evaluation system reflecting the characteristics of preschool education,build motivative system to arouse teachers' and students' enthusiasm,develop aplan of long-term tracking for teaching quality evaluation,deal with and feedback evaluation results in time,and then enhance the effectiveness of evaluation results.
