摘要
研究了一种在织物上直接制备阻燃薄膜的方法,通过三维视频显微镜观察具有阻燃性能的复合织物的表面形貌,通过红外光谱检测官能团变化,垂直燃烧试验记录燃烧时间等测试,最终确定了具有最佳阻燃性能的工艺,即当等离子处理3min时,浓度为2mg/mL的纳米晶纤维素40mL和浓度为2mg/mL的石墨烯4mL,可制备最佳阻燃性能的改性织物.
This paper mainly studies the preparation of flame retardant film directly on fabric.Through 3-dimensional video microscope,we observed the surface morphology of composite fabric with flame retardant properties,detected the changes in the functional groups by infrared spectroscopy,and recorded the burning time in the vertical burning test.Ultimately,we determined the best process for the flame retardant performance,i.e.with the plasma processing of 3min,40 mL cellulose nanocrystals of 2mg/mL and 4mL grapheme of2mg/mL could be used to prepare the fabric with the best flame retardant properties.
