摘要
采用化学法与生物法相结合的工艺对两种不同种类的羊毛纤维进行细化处理,并对细化后的羊毛的细度、力学性能、耐酸稳定性能等进行了测试,鳞片结构进行了观察.结果表明,用30%的双氧水和1g/L的氢氧化钠对羊毛纤维进行预处理,然后采用浓度为2%的中性蛋白酶溶液对纤维进行细化处理,能够对毛纤维起到明显的细化作用.
A refining technology combining both chemistry method and biology method was implemented on two kinds of wool.Firstly,hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide were used for the pretreatment of wool fibers,followed by refining process using different concentrations of papain solution.After refinement,the properties of wool fibers were measured such as fineness,mechanical properties,and acid resistance,as well as the microstructural characteristic of scales.The results indicated that the optimized process parameters were 30%hydrogen peroxide plus 1g/L sodium hydroxide,followed by papain solution at the concentration of 2 %.
