摘要
用NaCl和NaOH溶液对天然斜发沸石进行改性实验,并得到最佳改性条件;再利用XRD、ICP、SEM和BET等技术手段对改性产物进行全面表征。结果表明:NaCl溶液仅起到离子交换的作用,对天然沸石离子交换能力的提高比较有限;而NaOH溶液可以将斜发沸石转变成低硅铝比的Na-P型沸石,使阳离子交换容量增加了两倍多,同时吸附性能也有显著增强.
In this study,the natural clinoptilolite was modified by NaCl or NaOH solution,and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.The products have been identified by X-ray diffraction,and characterized by SEM,ICP,BET,etc.The results showed that the NaCl solution can only change the natural zeolite to Na-form and slightly increase its cation exchange ability,while by using the NaOH solution,the natural clinoptilolite can be transformed to Na-P with lower Si/Al molar ratio,thus the cation exchange capacity is doubled and the adsorption ability of Na-P is much high than the raw materials.
