由于计算机网络技术和国际化供应链系统的迅速发展,制造业的全球化将是不可抗拒的,企业生产经营的国际化和全球化将是取得成功的重要手段。本文就全球化企业的特点、条件和对策3方面进行了分析和综述。
It can not be resisted that the manufacturing industry is coming to be globalized due to rapid development of computer network technique and international supply chain system. Internationalized and globalized production and management will be the important way for success of enterprises. This paper summarizes the characteristics, conditions and strategy of a globalized enterprise.
