含水率对甘蔗叶干法发酵产沼气效果的影响

摘要 以甘蔗为原料,研究了含水率对干法厌氧发酵产沼气效果的影响。结果表明:发酵物料含水率越高,总产气量越大,单位干物质产气量越高。发酵原料含水率为81%时,发酵30 d的总产气量最高,达到19 550 m L,单位干物质产气量为158.35 m L/g,甲烷含量61.06%,相对其他2个处理而言,更有利于甘蔗叶干法厌氧发酵的进行。本研究结果为甘蔗叶干法沼气工程工艺设计提供了理论依据。 The effect of moisture content on biogas production from sugarcane leaves was studied. The results showed that: when the moisture content of raw material was greater, the total gas production and the unit TS gas production was better. When the moisture content was 81%, the gas yield reached the maximum of 19 550 rnL in 30 days, the gas production rate of dry matter was 158.35 mL/g and the methane content was 61.06%. Therefore, 81% moisture content in favor of sugarcane leaves to carry out dry anaerobic fermentation. The experimental results had provided basis parameters for the process design of dry anaerobic fermentation project.
