地方性建筑节能法规在建筑设计中的作用——以《云南省民用建筑节能设计标准》为例

Discussion on the influence of regional design standard for energy efficiency in building design——Taking the design standard for energy efficiency of civil buildings of yunnan province as example

地方性节能标准不仅可以有效的利用自然资源、降低建筑能耗,而且也为建筑节能设计提供可实际操作的法律依据。以《云南省民用建筑节能设计标准》为例,从群体布局、建筑造型和利用可再生能源技术三方面研究其对建筑设计产生的影响,探讨地方性节能建筑法规在建筑设计中的作用。

The Local Design Standard for Energy Efficiency not only makes the use of natural resources more efficient and reduces the building energy consumption,but also it provides practical legal basis for building energy conservation design. Taking Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Civil Buildings of Yunnan Province as example,this paper has discussed the influences which the promulgation of the Standard has made on architecture design from three aspects：master plan,architectural modeling and technologies for making use of recycling power. In addition,the influences of regional design standard for energy efficiency in architecture design is also illustrated.
