基于保障房工业化建设的“四化”问题研究

“Four transformation”problem research on affordable housing based on new type of industrialized construction

为了满足中低收入者愈来愈迫切的住房需求,政府需要加快建设保障房。然而传统的建造方式施工劳动生产效率低、资源和能源消耗高、建筑环境污染大、建筑寿命低,采用保障房工业化建设可以提高效率,降低消耗,减少污染,延长寿命。随着中国保障房工业化建设时代来临,它需要有一套专门的技术体系,比如设计标准化、构件生产工厂化、安装方法的标准化、配套设施一体化。如果能够实现这"四化",中国的保障房工业化建设之路会走的越来越好。

The government needs speed up the construction of affordable housing in order to meet the housing more and more urgent needs of low- income people. However,The traditional way of building construction which labor productivity is low,resources and energy consumption is high,environmental pollution is serious. Industrialization construction of affordable housing can improve efficiency,reduce consumption,reduce pollution,prolong life. With industrialization construction of affordable housing is coming,it needs a set of specialized technical system,such as Design standardization,component production factory,the installation method standardization,facilities integration. If＂four transformation＂is can be realized,industrialization road on affordable housing will be more and more better.
