摘要
寻找电力系统的关键线路并加以控制可预防连锁故障的发生,因此需要一种切实可行并符合实际的关键线路评估指标。首先利用直流潮流功率传输分布因子改进线路介数,并用以评估线路的结构脆弱度;然后结合线路的运行状态,提出线路的综合脆弱度评估指标,线路的脆弱度不仅与结构脆弱度有关,而且还会受状态脆弱度的影响;最后通过仿真分析验证了利用综合脆弱度指标识别出的IEEE14节点系统的关键线路开断对系统的影响普遍较大,并证实了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Capturing and controlling the crucial line of power system can prevent the occurences of cascading faihure,hence the feasible and practical evaluation index is required.On the basis of above analysis,this paper initially utilizes the power-transmission-distribution-factor to improve the line betweenness and to assess the structural evulnerability of line,and then combine with the operational state of line to put forward the index of line comprehensive vulnerability.The line vulnerability is not only related with structure vulnerability,but also influenced by operational state.Through simulation analysis,the result proves that cutting off these key lines of IEEE 14 bus system identified by comprehensive vulnerability generally bring about larger influence on power system,and confirms the exactness and effectiveness of this method.
