摘要
主动配电网是实现大规模间歇式新能源并网运行控制、电网与充放电设施互动、智能配用电等电网分析与运行关键技术的有效解决方案。研究分析了主动配电网的网架规划模型,包括主动配电网对分布式能源的消纳模式、主动配电网潮流流向、主动配电网储能配置及主动配电网经济优化函数。最后对主动配电网中间歇式新能源的经济性进行了分析,给出了能源结构优化规划目标函数,为主动配电网经济计算与优化评估提供了方法和依据。
The active distribution network (ADN) is an effective approach to solve the problems such as the high-penetration of intermittent renewable energy,the interaction between grid and charge-discharge facilities,and also the analysis and operation of smart grid.This paper concentrates on the analysis of the network programming model of active distribution network,including active distribution network of distributed energy consumption model,the active power flow of distribution network,the active distribution network storage allocation and the active distribution network economic optimization function.Finally,the economy of intermediate active distribution network for new energy is analyzed,then the energy structure optimization objective function provides a method to calculate and evaluate the economic of the active distribution network.
