A钢厂低氮钢冶炼技术探讨

摘要 通过对转炉工序钢水增氮与排氮的热力学和动力学分析,结合大量生产实践,探讨了转炉复吹制度、原材料加入与搭配、吹炼过程控制、出钢控制、脱氧合金化制度以及炉口微差压等方面对钢液增氮的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of increasing nitrogen and nitrogen discharge was done in the molten steel converter process.Combined with a large number of production practice,the influ-ence of combined blown converter system,raw materials adding and collocation,converting process con-trol,discharge control,the steel deoxidation alloying system as well as the throat opening differential pressure to the steel liquid nitrogen were discussed.The relative improvement measures were given.
