生态学力:学教系统的新原点

摘要 学教系统是决定教学质量高低的支撑平台。我国近30年来的众多教学改革之所以无疾而终,根本原因在于缺乏相应的学教系统作支撑。如何构建学校的学教系统,首先取决于教育的价值取向,其次取决于学教双方的合成目标。为此,本文讨论了素质教育与应试教育的有机混合问题,提出了学教系统的椭圆运动模型和学教系统运动的公转、自转假想,并以生态学力为学教系统的原点探讨了学教系统的构建问题。 The learning and teaching system are the supportive platform which determine the teaching quality. The fail-ure of various teaching innovation in recent years in China has been because of the lack of the support of such a system. The construction of such system is first determined by the educational values, and then by the goals of both learning and teaching parties. This paper has discussed the harmonious combination between quality education and examination-oriented one. Above all, it has proposed the oval mobile model of the learning and teaching system, and the hypothesis of revolution and rotation of this system. Further, it also has studied the construction of such system with ecological learning ability as the original point.
