摘要
散打是对抗性很强的运动,易出现运动损伤.分析阐述运动损伤产生的原因并提出有效的预防措施,为散打运动中避免或减少运动损伤提供参考.
Free Combat is a kind of sports which has strong antagonism and it's easy to cause sports injury . Analysizing the reason of causing sports injury and proposing the effective precaution measures. Providing the reference to prevent or decrease the possibility of Free Combat injury.
