摘要
本文介绍海上油田的消防概念和方法,并对消防水用量和泡沫用量的计算方法做了较完整、系统地介绍,对一些问题提出了作者的看法。
This paper introduces the concept and the method used for offshore fire - fighting and gives a more complete and systematic description of the method on calculation of water and foam consumption for fire-fighting.
Particular, comments on some problems are made by the author in the paper.
