Expanding application of ‘inducing heat at the ying phase into qi phase' in miscellaneous diseases

"入营犹可透热转气"是温病学的重要理论,20世纪80年代北京中医药大学赵绍琴教授发表文章论述"入营犹可透热转气"的意义和临床应用。近些年来临床上出现了一些新的变化,如不合理使用抗生素等,这些新问题的出现使传统的"透热转气"法难以发挥出原有的疗效。文章通过对这些新问题的论述,提出一些探索中的新治法,旨在说明"入营犹可透热转气"大法应当与时俱进,灵活创新,才能发挥更好的作用。

The theory of ＇inducing heat at the ying phase into qi phase＇ was an important theory in doctrine of epidemic febrile disease. In the 1980s, professor ZHAO Shao-qin at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine published articles about the theory of ＇inducing heat at the ying phase into qi phase＇, where its meanings and clinical applications were discussed. In recent years, there were some new changes in clinical practice such as the abuse of antibiotics, which made it difficult for the traditional method ＇inducing heat at the ying phase into qi phase＇ to work effectively. After these new problems being discussed, some new treatments were proposed in this article, which aimed to illustrate that only should keep up with the times and be flexible and creative, the theory of ＇inducing heat at the ying phase into qi phase＇ would play a better role in clinic.
