试从经脉循行探讨足太阳膀胱经与腰腿痛的相关性

Relativity between Taiyang bladder channel of foot and lumbocrural pain based on circulation of meridians

笔者通过复习历代中医古籍文献,重点梳理了从《足臂十一脉灸经》《阴阳十一脉灸经》到近代文献中有关足太阳膀胱经循行路线的记载,并将其与局部解剖结构相对应,认为足太阳膀胱经从腰背部到足部的循行路线与腰部交感干、腰神经后支及其内外侧分支、骶神经后支、坐骨神经、股后皮神经、胫神经、腓总神经以及腓肠神经、足背外侧皮神经等走行分布高度一致,结合中西医腰腿痛的病因病机以及临床诊疗认识,认为从经脉循行角度来看,腰腿痛与足太阳膀胱经具有密切相关性。

After teased the circulation of Taiyang bladder channel of foot and corresponded to anatomical structure. Combination with the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbocrural pain,the author thinks that, From the back to lower limbs, Taiyangl bladder channel of foot has Close relationship with sympathetic trunk, the posterior branch of lumbar nerve, the posteriores nervorum sacralium, sciatic nerve, the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve, tibial nerve, the peroneal nerve, sural nerve and the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve foot. And there has closed relativity between lumbocrural pain and Taiyang bladder channel of foot.
