萎胃通调汤合穴位注射对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者COX-1、GST-π的影响

Clinical study on the influence of Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction combined with acupoint injection on the expression of COX-1 and GST-π of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨萎胃通调汤内服合复方当归注射液穴位注射对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)治疗的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的120例患者随机分为中药组(萎胃通调汤)、穴位组(复方当归注射液穴位注射)、中药加穴位组(萎胃通调汤加穴位注射)、对照组(胃复春片)4组,治疗3个月。观察4组患者治疗前后临床症状积分、病理以及环氧酶-1(COX-1)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶-π(GST-π)积分的变化情况。结果:除口干外,中药加穴位组临床症状较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);病理改变中胃黏膜肠上皮化生与固有腺萎缩的变化也优于对照组(P<0.05);4组治疗前后COX-1、GST-π的蛋白表达积分也有明显的变化(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃通调汤内服合复方当归注射液穴位注射对CAG的临床症状、病理变化、COX-1、GST-π的蛋白表达积分有明显的改善作用。

Objective： To explore clinical effect of Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction （a herbal compound in Guizhou province） combined with angelica acupoint injection on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： 120 CAG patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction group, acupoint injection group, Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction group combined with acupoint injection group and Weifuchun control group, with treatment for 3 months. The clinical syndrome scores, pathologic change and the expression of COX-1 and GST-π were observed before and after therapy. Results： The clinical syndrome scores in Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction combined with acupoint injection group was obviously improved comparing to that in the other 3 groups （P〈0.05）. The pathologic change in Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction combined with acupoint injection group was superior to that in the other 3 groups （P〈0.05）, especially the gastric intestinal metaplasia and atrophy that had significant differences between Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction combined with acupoint injection group and the other 3 groups （P〈0.05）. There were obvious changes for the expression of COX-1 and GST-π among 4 groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Weiwei Tongtiao Decoction combined with acupoint injection could obviously improve the clinical symptom, pathologic change and the exoression of COX-1 and GST-π of patients with CAG.
