输尿管镜双频双脉冲U100激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效

目的：探讨经尿道输尿管镜下双频双脉冲U100激光（以下称U100激光）碎石术治疗输尿管结石的治疗效果。方法拟用输尿管镜下U100激光对输尿管结石行碎石疗法。结果对输尿管上段结石176例U100激光碎石成功率为91.5%（161/176），输尿管中段结石326例碎石成功率为95.1％（310/326），输尿管下段结石648例U100激光碎石成功率为98.3％（637/648），治疗输尿管结石总成功率为96.3％（1108/1150）。术后住院3-5d，无大出血、输尿管撕脱及脓肾等严重并发症。结论输尿管镜U100激光是治疗输尿管中下段结石的一种安全有效、成功率高的方法。手术创伤小、并发症少、恢复快，是一种治疗输尿管结石的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of frequency-doubled double-pulse laser in treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods Totally 1150 cases with ureteral calculus treated via endoscope with U100 laser were summarized . Results The successful rate was 91.5%（161/176）in the proximal ureteral calculus,95.1%（310/326） in the middle ureteral calculus,98.3%（637/648） in the distal ureteral calculus and 96.3%（1108/1150） in all . Hospitalization was 3-5 days,no major complications such as hemorrhoea、high fever or pyonephrosis were observed. Conclusions The frequency-doubled double-pulse laser used with ureterorenoscopy for endoscopic lithotripsy is an effective and harmless method with high success ratio,after which patients recover quickly . It is an ideal therapeutic tool for ureteral calculus .
