鼻塞式CPAP在婴儿重症肺炎治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评估临床工作中鼻塞式CPAP氧疗在治疗婴儿重症肺炎中的作用。方法观察鼻塞式CPAP和传统面罩给氧两种不同用氧方式下婴儿重症肺炎的症状、体征及实验室指标(PO2、PCO2、SPO2)变化情况。结果鼻塞式CPAP氧疗在治疗婴儿重症肺炎中可迅速提高氧分压、血氧饱和度(P〈0.05),改善临床症状、体征(P〈0.01),与传统面罩给氧方法比较,差异有统计学意义。结论鼻塞式CPAP氧疗在婴儿重症肺炎的治疗中效果优于传统面罩给氧。
