南京地区侵袭性肺炎链球菌患儿的血清型分布及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析南京地区患儿感染侵袭性肺炎链球菌血清型/群的分布及耐药性特点。方法2005年1月至2012年12月自患儿血液、脑脊液等侵袭部位分离得到的肺炎链球菌155株,采用荚膜肿胀试验进行血清型分析,琼脂稀释法检测菌株对8种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果分离得到的155株侵袭性肺炎链球菌中,主要血清型依次为19F(21.9%,34/155)、19A(19.4%,30/155)、14型(15.5%,24/155)、9V(7.7%,12/155)、23F(6.5%,10/155)、6B(6.5%,10/155),另有11株(7.1%)未能分型。对青霉素、红霉素、复方新诺明、头孢克罗和克林霉素的耐药性很高,而对氯霉素和头孢曲松则保持比较高的敏感性,未检出耐万古霉素菌株。结论南京地区患儿肺炎链球菌血清型以19F、19A和14型为主,多重耐药现象严重,提示临床要加强抗生素的合理应用。
