摘要
电信运营支撑系统(OSS)是电信网络运营管理不可分割的一部分。然而传统OSS设备的厂商众多,管理维护较为复杂,已不适用于集约化经营条件下的网络运营模式。随着集约化运营模式的转型,北京联通提出了新型的OSS总体规划:从"烟囱式"的系统建设模式向"基于总线概念的模块化"模式转变的思路;以"强化功能模块、弱化系统概念"为着眼点,形成6大模块、45个二级模块和237个三级模块;通过云平台、ESB总线技术形成集约化经营条件下的新型OSS。
OSS is an inseparable part of telecom network operation management. However, there were many manufacturers in traditional OSS system and the mode of maintenance was complex. It wasn’t suitable to network operation mode of intensive operation conditions. With the transformation of intensive operation mode, Beijing Unicom proposes a new model of OSS system. This system construction thinking is transforming from“chimney”to“modularity”. Taking“strengthen the function module, weak-ening the system concept”as the focus, this system includes 6 major modules, 45 two level module and 237 three level mod-ule. And this OSS system utilizes the cloud platform and ESB technology.
