摘要
针对全钢子午线轮胎生产过程的信息化程度不高和监控实时性问题,对全钢子午线轮胎生产工艺特点、系统控制需求、PLC控制技术、OPC技术等方面进行了深入研究,通过运用现场总线、工业以太网、数据库、计算机通信、互联网等技术,设计了一种基于OPC技术的全钢子午线轮胎生产过程实时监控系统,实现了数据采集、数据处理、用户界面显示、历史数据查询、信息报警、生产监控等功能。以全钢子午线轮胎三复合胎面挤出生产线为例,详细介绍了实时监控系统的设计与具体实现,并搭建实验平台对监控系统的OPC技术以太网通信、数据传输的实时性和可靠性等方面进行了测试。实验结果表明,该系统可有效地实现对轮胎生产现场的实时监控,为企业决策层提供可靠的现场过程数据。
Aiming at improving low informatization level and realise real-time monitoring during the production of all-steel radial tire, the pa- per intensively studies process features, requirment of system controlling, PLC controlling technology and OPC technology of all-steel radial tire. Based on OLE for process control(OPC) technology, a monitoring system of all-steel radial tire producting procedure was designed to realize the fuctional combination of data collection, data processing, userg interface display, historical data query, incidents alarming, real- time monitoring through technolgy of fieldbus, industrial Ethernet, data base, computer communication and so on. Taking the three com- pound extrusion production line of all-steel radial tire surface as an example, systemg design and realization was detailedly introduced and the experimental platform was built to measure the timeliness and reliability of OPC technology, Ethemet communication and data transmission. The results indicate that the system effectively real-time monitors tire producting procedure, which provides reliable productingly related data for enterprise's desition-making managers.
