重点讨论了新形势下美国、俄罗斯、欧盟、日本等国的网络空间战略,深入分析了西方国家遏制我国发展的综合手段,提出我国网络安全若干重大战略问题的思考。
This article focuses on the cyberspace strategies of United States, Russia, European Union, Japan and other countries under new circumstance and presents a thorough analysis of comprehensive methods western countries used to restrict China＇s development. The article also puts forward ideas on some strategic issues over cyberspace security of China.
