摘要
通过Beckman 121MB型氨基酸自动分析仪,测定天山花楸叶中氨基酸的含量,分析结果表明,天山花楸叶中含有17种氨基酸,其中天冬氨酸,谷氨酸含量较高,总含量为4.57%,具有一定的开发研究价值。
In this experiment the amino acid contents in the leaces of Sorbus tianshanica were detected using Beckman 121 MB automatic analyzer,The results showed that the Tianshan Sorbus leaves contain 17 kinds of amino acids, Aspartic acid, glutamic acid content is relatively high. Total is 4.57%, it is a kind of medicinal plants with high value for development.
