研究比较滑子菇6种不同有机溶剂(无水甲醇,乙酸乙酯,氯仿,丙酮,无水乙醇,石油醚)提取物(0.3 mg/m L^0.9 mg/m L)总还原力和对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基的清除作用的强弱。并以VC为参照。结果表明:滑子菇6种提取相均有较强还原力,各提取物对DPPH自由基清除力均低于VC,随浓度递增,清除自由基能力基本呈上升趋势,最强为无水乙醇相,清除率达74.300%,最低的是无水甲醇相54.333%,清除DPPH自由基能力从高到低排序:无水乙醇相>乙酸乙酯相>石油醚相>丙酮相>氯仿相>无水甲醇相。
The research made comparisons of Pholiota nameko with six different organic solvent (methanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, chloroform, petroleum ether) extracts (0.3 mg/mL-0.9 mg/mL) in reducing power, as well as DPPH free radical scavenging effects of strong and weak aspects, and use VC as reference. The results showed that the six extracts from Pholiota Nameko had very strong reducing powers and that their scavenging capacities were all lower than that of VC. With the rising of the concentrations, the scavenging capacities also increased, among which the strongest was anhydrous alcohol with a clearance rate of 74.300%, and the weakest is absolute methanol with a clearance of 54.333 %. DPPH free radical scavenging capacity from high to low ranking: anhydrous ethanol phase〉ethyl acetate phase〉petroleum ether phase〉acetone phase〉anhydrous methanol phase〉chloroform phase.
