摘要
以甘肃苦豆子为原料,利用超声波辅助提取苦豆子总生物碱,并采用Box-Behnken对超声波超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比进行响应面优化。结果表明:最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇浓度65%,料液比1∶8 g/m L,提取时间30 min。在此条件下,总生物碱提取率为29.1 mg/g,超声提取工艺合理、可行,为苦豆子总生物碱的新药开发提供了理论参考。
Sophora alopecuroides L. from Gansu Province was used as the raw materials to extract total alkaloids. A novel approach, ultrasonic-assisted method, for preparation of total alkaloids were developed. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted treatment was explored using response surface methodology. The results indicated that the optimal extraction condition of total alkaloids was based on ultrasonic-assisted treatment for ethanol concentration 65%, liquid ratio 1∶8 g/mL, extraction time 30 min. Under the optimization conditions, the experimental yield was 29.1 mg/g. The method is reasonable and feasible, can provide a theoretical reference for the development of Sophora alopecuroides L.
