摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收方法对呼和浩特10个市场在售的5种动物肝脏食品86个样品进行检测调查,探明了重金属在肝脏中的含量状况。采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定5个种类86个样品的肝脏中重金属含量。结果表明可食用型动物肝脏中重金属铅的含量较高,猪、羊肝脏的样品中有超标现象,重金属镉、铬的含量较低,没有超标现象。不同种类动物的肝脏中重金属的含量各不相同,同一种类动物的肝脏不同购买地点的重金属含量也不相同。
Adopted the graphite furnace atomic absorption method to Hohhot 10 markets sold in five kinds of liver in food testing 86 samples, proved the heavy metal content in the liver. Using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry of five kinds of 86 samples of heavy metal content in the liver. The content of heavy metal lead is higher in the liver, has the violation, lower the content of heavy metal cadmium, chromium, no violation. The content of heavy metals in different types of liver each are not identical , liver buy different locations of the same kind of heavy metal content is not the same.
