摘要
苦菜是一种药食同源的纯天然野菜,近年来由于其丰富的营养价值而逐渐成为研究的热点。现有研究表明,苦菜对实验性糖尿病小鼠有降血糖的作用,机理比较复杂。笔者对苦菜降血糖作用及机理研究进展进行了综述。
sowthistle is a pure natural medicinal and edible wild plants. Because of its rich nutritional value it gradually becomes hot in recent years. Existing research shows that sowthistle on hypoglycemic effect in experimental diabetic mice,mechanisms are extremely complex. The author studies on the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of bitter vegetables to an overview of the progress.
