中原经济区经济-社会-资源环境耦合协调研究 被引量:24

摘要 在分析经济社会发展与资源环境耦合关系的基础上,运用耦合协调度评价模型,对中原经济区经济—社会—资源环境复合系统的耦合协调度进行评价,结果显示:1时序特征方面,1995年以来中原经济区经济、社会与资源环境的耦合协调度呈稳步上升状态,作用强度处于中度耦合的中等水平.1995年以来中原经济区经济、社会系统有序度参量有了较大幅度提高,而环境有序度参量呈现波动上升趋势,经济、社会系统有序度的提升对资源环境系统有所损害甚至牺牲.1995年以来中原经济区经济、社会与资源环境耦合协调度从0.351 3升至0.434 9,耦合作用一直处在颉颃阶段.2空间分异方面,耦合协调度水平与综合协调度指数的空间分异类似,形成西北—东南的分布格局.耦合度与综合协调指数、耦合协调度的空间分异差异较大,个别等级呈倒置状态.耦合协调度空间分异的主导作用因素依然是经济社会发展水平,资源环境差异虽然对耦合度有影响但对整体耦合协调度影响不大. Based on the coupling and coordinative characteristics of economic, society, resource and environment (FSRE) system in Central Plains Economic Region (CPER), taking economic, society, resource and environment as three composite systems respectively, through the quantitative integration measure, the paper aims at probing into the coupling interaction and coordinating relationship of ESRA system of Central China. The results show that the coupling degree of ESRE system is low, and the time sequence of coupling degree in CPER is at resisting stage from 1995 to 2012. The coupling coordination degree of ESRE system rose from 0.351 3 to 0.434 9 in 1995--2012, and coordination intensity was in the middle level. The order degree of economic and social system had a more substantial increase with the improvement of new urbanization level, while the order degree of resourcc and environment system was in a fluctuated status. This shows that the sped-up process of economic and social system in CPER in several years has brought more and more pressure to its environment system, so it is necessary to correctly handle and coordinale the relationstip between the rapid developing urbanization and the increasingly severe environmental condition in CPER, and the measures should be taken as soon as possible to urge the development direction of the coupling ESRE system coordinately. From the spatial distribution status, the coupling coordination degree is similar to comprehensive coordination index, which presents Northwest-Southeast distribution pattern. The spatial distribution pattern of coupling degree is different from coupling coordination degree and comprehensive coordination index, and some individual level was in inverted state. The main influencial factors of coupling coordination degree are still economic and social factors, although the resource and environment factors has some effect on coupling degree but little effect on the overall coupling coordination degree.
