摘要 建立了一种新型的高速电主轴多场耦合动力学模型,讨论了轴承模型、电机磁路模型、温度场模型及结构模型之间的耦合关系,设计出多场耦合动力学模型的计算流程,分析耦合因素对高速电主轴结构状态的影响,提出电主轴气隙热膨胀影响其磁场分布及动态性能。以150MD24Z7.5型高速电主轴为研究对象,计算结果表明,电主轴温升形变对振动幅值影响较大,其中由气隙变化引起的电磁力幅值增加12.1%。实验结果表明:考虑耦合因素时的高速电主轴动态性能与实验结果的吻合度较高。 A multi-physical coupled dynamic model of high speed motorized spindle is established in the pa-per. The relationship among the bearing model, thermal model, electromagnetic model and spindle dynamic model is discussed. The calculation procedures of the multi-physical coupled dynamic model is designed. the effects of the coupled factors on the structure of the motorized spindle is analyzed. This paper proposes that change of the air gap from thermal expansion effect the magnetic field distribution and dynamic performance of the motorized spindle. Finally,an overall experiments and calculations on the 150MD24Z7. 5 motorized spindle are carried. Calculation results show that thermal deformation influences greater on vibration ampli-tude, electromagnetic force amplitude increases by 12. 1% caused by the change of air-gap. With the model coupled multi-physics can predict the vibration amplitude for motorized spindle and the prediction error is 10. 2%. The good agreement between the theoretical results and theexperimental data indicates that the multi-physical coupled dynamic model is capable of accurately predicting the dynamic behavior of motorized spin-dle.
