摘要 文章设计一种新型的迷宫密封与高压气体密封相结合的密封方式,利用Gambit和Fluent相关计算流体动力学软件,基于两相流和瞬态模型模拟新型密封方式的密封原理,分析该系统的内部流场和压力分布。根据不同入口压力和密封间隙条件下的气液两相图,进行对比分析,确定最优密封压力和密封间隙。分析结果表明该非接触、动力密封结构密封效果良好,为水润滑高速电主轴轴承密封结构的设计提供了新的思路。 The study designs a novel seal structure combined labyrinth seal and high-pressure seal using rele-vant CFD software like Gambit and Fluent, which is based on two-phase flow and transient model to simu-late the principle of the seal and analyze the initial flow distribution of the system. According to different two-phase pictures of different pressure conditions and seal gaps, conduct comparative analyses to make sure which condition best meet the requirements. Analyses results indict that noncontact dynamic seal structure performs greatly and creates new methods to design bearing seal structures for water-lubricated high-speed spindle bearings.
