摘要
针对MODBUS通信协议应用场合中相关参数的确定(串口中断优先级分配、从机接收超时时间、主机接收超时时间、串口通讯波特率)提出了计算方法,可为相关参数的确定提供依据,亦可对系统已有的相关参数进行评估和优化,有助于提高采用MODBUS作为其通讯协议的系统的可靠性。将该方法应用于桌面型贴片机的MODBUS通讯模块的参数确定中,实验结果表明了该方法的正确性,该方法对MODBUS协议参数的配置、以及其他类似场合参数的合理配置具有一定的参考意义。
Aiming at determination of MODBUS protocol parameters ( correlative parameters includes:serial communication interrupt priority allocation, slave reception time out, master reception time out, serial baud rate) , a computational method is proposed. The method provides basis for the determination of the correla-tive parameters. The method could as well be helpful for estimation and optimization of the correlative pa-rameters and hence be helpful for enhancing the reliability of the system which uses MODBUS as its commu-nicating protocol. This method is implemented in the MODBUS module of the desktop SMT device system. Results show that the module functions stably, thus prove the correctness of the method. The method pro-vides certain guidance value for the correlative parameters determination of MODBUS protocol and other similar occasions.
