摘要
准确而实时地检测出焊缝中心位置是焊缝跟踪系统要解决的首要问题。通过对钢管焊缝跟踪技术进行深入研究,设计了一种直缝钢管内焊缝跟踪系统。该系统硬件部分主要由视觉传感器CCD构成,控制部分通过图形化编程软件Lab VIEW实现。算法上采取确定焊缝图像的边缘位置和确定焊缝图像二值化后的能量中心两种算法相结合的方法,相辅相成,最终确定焊缝中心位置。该算法无需对图像进行繁琐的预处理,试验证明该系统精确可靠,精度达3mm。
The primary problem of weld seam tracking system is to detect the position of seam center at real time with high precision. A inside weld seam tracking system of longitudinal welded pipe is designed in this paper by researching seam-tracking technology. The hardware of the system is consist of CCD image sensor and so on, the software of the system is programmed through powerful graphical programming software Lab-VIEW. The method of edge detection of weld image and the method of energy center of binary weld image after are combined together to detect the position of seam center avoiding a lot of cockamamie image prepro-cessing. This system is accurate and reliable with 3mm precision.
