摘要
当前国际公约对船舶石棉的禁令趋向日常化,而部分供应商对原材料管控不到位,给造船厂带来一定的风险。本文根据从业的实船经验和管理经验,从石棉风险评估、专业机构的选择、石棉调查原则和船厂系统管理方向进行着重介绍,为船厂进行系统管理提供参考。
The present international regulations have become increasingly stringent for ship industry, but some suppliers did not realize control in place, it might still put shipyard at risk. This paper introduces risk assessment for asbestos, choose the organization, asbestos survery and shipyard managerment according to factual ship experience and managerial experience, it can provide reference for shipyard’s system managerment.
