摘要
侦查隐性知识是与侦查人员的专业经验、思维方式、心理因素、侦查直觉与灵感紧密相关的,难以准确规范概括甚至尚未加以规范概括,并且未被广泛传播的知识,在侦查破案活动中能发挥独特作用。当前的公安院校侦查专业学生的知识养成体系中,隐性知识的传授与培养与实战需要存在一定差距,需要通过优化培养模式、扩充师资结构、完善实践教学环节等方式强化学生知识养成的针对性,以适应当前公安工作的实际需要。
The tacit knowledge is closely related with professional experience, way of thinking, psycho- logical factors, intuition and inspiration of investigation. It is difficult to summary and regulate accurately and it hasn't been regulated yet. Actually, it is not widely spread knowledge, but is can play a unique role in the criminal investigation activities. In the cultivation system, the tacit knowledge in teaching is different with the one in training. We need to enhance students" targeted knowledge through optimizing the training mode, ex- pand teacher resources, improve practice teaching, etc. so as to meet with the needs of the current public se- curity work.
